My name is Malcolm and I am currently a student at the University of Nottingham. I'm hugely busy with projects at the mo' so better stuff will follow later.
As a brief introduction to myself I cave, role-play, fight (battle re-enactment/ karate/ju jitsu), and read a lot. Like every other joe I also write infrequently, and I have a beautiful (naturally) daughter called Amy.
I also have a new niece, and another nephew now, both of whom my brother Keith hasn't have seen yet, as he is in Australia, so the following picture is for his benefit:

My latest niece who will no-doubt be causing endless hassle to her over-awed parents; as her mother said: "It's amazing that something so tiny can occupy two grown adults for so long."And then she got pregnant..

Caving has to be one of the most relaxing sports I enjoy.
I refuse to recognise anything as a sport unless there is a healthy chance of seriously injuring or killing the participants. All other activities are games..
I currently belong to the Wessex Cave Club, and Nottingham Uni Caving Club; I also ran the University of Kent Troglodytes, a great club to join if you ever want to study there.
